Teamwork to Sack Cancer
Children are precious. They are our future. They deserve the very best, and when they get sick they don’t have the luxury of time to wait for a cure. With 15,000 new diagnoses of childhood cancer per year and nearly 4,000 who don’t survive, the 95% who do survive will have serious health issues by the time they are 45 primarily because of the treatment –not the cancer itself.
Developing better treatments and ultimately finding a cure requires teamwork. Our team is growing! More and more caring individuals and corporations are joining Let’s Sack Cancer to find a cure because they recognize the numbers above just aren’t acceptable. We CAN reduce them by helping to fund research for this devastating disease. Everyone needs to understand that the kids and their families cannot do this on their own. They need our help! Let us all go out and gather schools, companies/both large and small, military groups, alumni groups and others who understand finding a cure for Pediatric Cancer takes a Team. The ‘Sack Team’ and our kids need us now. Time is not their friend.
